Consultancy & implementation of language solutions

Move from individual project management to a sustainable organisational system

Your multilingual content is growing, as are your tools – but they don’t always communicate with each other. Orkera organises your workflows, connects your systems and implements solutions tailored to your structure, ensuring that your multilingual production processes are reliable, well-managed and sustainable.

Do any of these situations ring a bell?

The challenges of multilingual content management are growing – not because you have too much content, but because your tools, providers and processes are not working together. Here are the most common situations we come across.

What we do in practice

Our role is not to replace your tools or force you to use our own. We analyse your situation, select the right solutions, implement them and manage them over the long term.

And when your projects require translations to be produced directly – whether on an occasional or recurring basis – we apply the same rigorous linguistic standards that we have upheld for over twenty years.

1

Who do we work for?

Adopting this approach doesn’t depend on the size of your business, but on the regularity and complexity of your multilingual content production.

If you regularly update content in multiple languages, structuring your workflows reduces costs, shortens turnaround times and ensures consistency across all your communications. The return on investment can be measured from the very first year.

CEO, CSO

You are expanding into new markets or streamlining your international operations. Are you looking for a clear picture of the costs and benefits of your multilingual content production system, as well as a partner capable of structuring this system in the long term with a demonstrable return on investment?

International sales department

Your sales teams need materials translated quickly, using the correct terminology, to win over discerning clients. Every week of delay in submitting a proposal or product documentation has a direct financial cost.

Marketing, communications or content manager

You manage multilingual advertising campaigns, website updates or product launches. You need deadlines to be met, terminology to be consistent and processes to be smooth enough not to undermine your publishing schedule.

Head of documentation and technical content

User guides, machine interfaces, software documentation.....your technical content must be correct, precise and up to date in all target languages. Any discrepancy in terminology could have serious operational or regulatory repercussions.

Training or learning manager

Your training content must be available in several languages and remain synchronised as each new version is released. Translation memories significantly reduce the cost of each update.

What you receive

Each project results in documented deliverables that can be shared with your teams and technical partners.

Documented inventory
Mapping current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, pinpointing opportunities and measuring hidden costs.
Recommendation plan
Prioritised recommendations with options, cost and timeframe estimates, selection criteria tailored to your requirements.
Multilingual workflow architecture
Target workflow chart, definition of roles and steps, documentation of interfaces between your systems and our platforms.
Deployment plan
Including key milestones, a structured integration sequence, user acceptance testing procedures and clear criteria for go-live.
Structured multilingual glossary
A terminology database integrated into your tools, updated as projects progress and available to all relevant teams.
Training support
Documenting processes and supporting teams as they get to grips with new workflows.

What you get out of it

01.

Controlled and predictable costs

Shared translation memories reduce the amount of text that needs to be retranslated with each update. You pay for new content, not for what has already been translated. You build up a stock of content to be shared across your entire organisation.

02.

Deadlines met without reminders

Automated workflows eliminate the manual steps that prolong cycles. Content is published on time, in all languages simultaneously where necessary.

03.

Guaranteed brand consistency

The centralised glossary and shared translation memories guarantee consistent terminology, tone and key messages across all your markets.

04.

A single point of contact

Whether we’re talking about translation, audiovisual content, technical documentation or marketing materials, a single project manager coordinates everything, offering a comprehensive overview of your workflows and priorities.

05.

Scalable system

Our solutions evolve in line with your volumes and markets. Adding a new language or content type doesn’t rock the boat.

06.

Time savings for your teams

Say goodbye to those time-consuming tasks of manual extraction, reformatting and email follow-up. Forget about the logistics, focus on the content.

FAQs: Consultancy & implementation of language solutions

There is no minimum volume threshold, but there is a frequency threshold. If you update multilingual content on a regular basis – monthly or more often – structuring your content workflows will save you money and free up time, more than offsetting the initial investment.
No. Our starting point is your existing ecosystem. We integrate our solutions with the tools you already use – CMS, content management tools, training platforms – rather than replacing everything.
The assessment begins with a 30- to 45-minute chat with you and the relevant people within your organisation. We ask questions about your volumes, your tools, your current processes and your pain points. A few days later, we send you a detailed report setting out our initial recommendations. This initial deliverable is free of charge and comes with no strings attached.
A standard translation agency delivers your orders one by one. Our role is different: we step in upstream to structure the way your multilingual content is produced, integrated and maintained.
Yes. We work in over 60 languages, including Asian and Arabic languages, as well as other less common language combinations. We apply the same rigorous standards for translator selection and terminology management, regardless of the language.
